Release of a Voting Rights announcement

UBS AG, Zuerich (Switzerland), informed us according to art. 21 section 1
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on April 8, 2008, their voting
rights on SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013),
Unterneukirchen (Germany), exceeded the 3% and 5% thresholds (due to a
purchase of shares with voting rights) and amounted to 5.05% (223264 voting
rights) effective that day.

Thereof, 3.24% (143343 voting rights) are to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to art. 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
