We are pleased to inform that Mark Nikokaj Fromholt has joined the Executive
Board in Greentech Energy Systems A/S as Chief Financial Officer.
Mark Nikolaj Fromholt is educated as State Authorised Public Accountant and has
14 years of experience within the auditing business. For 3 years preceeding his
employment with Greentech Energy Systems A/S, Mark Nikolaj Fromholt has been a
director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mark Nikolaj Fromholt has joined Greentech Energy Systems A/S on 1 May 2007 as
COO. By the appointment he will undertake the responsibility for the total
financial function.
