Amendment to "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of bonds issued in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act

In connection with the opening of a new ISIN for the issuance of junior covered
bonds in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, the "Final terms for the prospectus for the
offering of bonds issued in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish
Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior covered
bonds)" have been amended.

The final terms now include new characteristics in order that they also apply to
floating-rate bonds. Appendix 1 contains the amendments to the final terms and
the new ISIN.

The prospectus for the offering of bonds issued in pursuance of section 33 e of
the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior
covered bonds) and the related final terms are available at Nykredit's website
nykredit.com.
