INTEREST PAYMENT AND PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF LHV ILMARISE KINNISVARAPORTFELL BONDS

interest payments and partial redemption on April 17, 2008, at 8.00 a.m. 
 
Proceeding from the above, today on April 11, 2008 the bonds of
LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ(IKPB058029AB) are traded cum-interest and
partial redemption. 

OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell will pay interest on its Bonds
(IKPB058029AB) in the amount of EEK 1.45 (EUR 0.09) per each bond and redeems
352 Bonds, i.e. 0,8% of the Bonds.
