Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 11, 2008 , UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
MAN AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005937007, WKN: 593700, have exceeded the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 08, 2008  and now amount to 3.16%
(this corresponds to 4448691 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 536482 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
