Nordea appoints Fredrik Rystedt as new Chief Financial Officer and member of Group Executive Management

Fredrik Rystedt (44), currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and
Senior Vice President of Electrolux Group, has been appointed new
Head of Group Corporate Centre, CFO and member of Group Executive
Management of Nordea. Fredrik Rystedt will take up his new position
at the latest on 1 October 2008

Fredrik Rystedt has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Electrolux Group since 2004.

He holds a bachelor in Finance and Accounting from the Stockholm
School of Economics and has worked for Electrolux in a variety of
different positions, including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and
Chief Administrative Officer. 1998-2001 Fredrik Rystedt was employed
by Sapa Group first as Head of Business Development and later on as
Chief Financial Officer.
