Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 14, 2008 , Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A., 4, rue Jean Monet,
L-2180 Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on AMB Generali Holding AG, Aachen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008400029, WKN: 840002, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on April 14, 2008  and now amount to 6.54% (this
corresponds to 3510807 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.54% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3510807 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA, Unter
Sachsenhausen 4, D-50667 Köln.
