The subscription period for the Municipality Finance Plc issue of Capital
Protected Profit Lock-in Notes (ISIN: DK0030080536) was finalised on the 14
April 2008. 

As Arranger, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S hereby announces on behalf of Municipality
Finance PLC that a total of DKK 75,000,000 will be issued in the above ISIN on
17 April 2008. 

The Notes will be accepted for trading and listing on the Copenhagen Stock
Exchange as of 17 April 2008.
