Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 24, 2008 , MK Medien Beteiligungs GmbH, Feldafing, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Kinowelt Medien AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006285901, WKN: 628590, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 28, 2007  and now amount to 6.54% (this corresponds to
1600000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.54% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1600000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Dr. Doris Apell Kölmel.
