Tallink Line Ltd., a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp and Boa RoRo AS of
Trondheim, Norway have yesterday come to an agreement about the sale of M/S
Fantaasia. The completion of the sale and the delivery of the vessel is
scheduled to June 2008 and until that time the current charter agreement of M/S
Fantaasia was extended with Kystlink Estonia OÜ which is a company related with
the buyer.
M/S Fantaasia is being sold at the price of EUR 17.2 million (EEK 270 million).
The profit from the sale is not significant to the consolidated results of AS
Tallink Grupp.
