Equities: Adjustment of OMX Stockholm Benchmark index due to the redemption offer in JM (65/08)

Due to the redemption offer according to the terms 1:16 settlement SEK 180 in JM AB, OMX Nordic  Exchange Stockholm will act and adjust JM (SE0000806994) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.9 and 5.7.1 (valuation method). This requires consent from the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2008.

The start price for JM in index calculation on the Ex date April 25, 2008 will be adjusted by calculated theoretical price after redemption right based on last traded price on April 24, 2008. The number of JM shares in index calculation on the Ex date will be unchanged.
