Before joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Plummer was Senior Vice President, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Greater Bay Bancorp in Palo Alto. While there, he managed all financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting for Greater Bay. Prior to that, Plummer was Vice President, Accounting and Finance Reporting at Greater Bay for four years.
Plummer will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, annual budgeting and forecasting. He will manage the preparation and filing of all related government and SEC reporting including 10-K, 10-Q, S-8 and proxy statements.
