HydroGen Corporation Receives Audit Opinion Containing Going Concern Qualification


CLEVELAND, April 18, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HydroGen Corporation (Nasdaq:HYDG), a designer and manufacturer of multi-megawatt air-cooled phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) systems, today announced that its Form 10-KSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 14, 2008 included an audit opinion that contained a going concern qualification, and does not reflect any change to the December 31, 2007 financial statements which were prepared by the Company as if it would continue operating as a going concern.

This announcement is in compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(b)(1)(B) requiring separate disclosure of receipt of an audit opinion that contains a going concern qualification.
