Marl, 18 April 2008 –TFG Capital AG Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft
(ISIN: DE0007449506) today concluded an agreement on the sale of its
investment in KSR Kuebler AG with an industry-related strategic buyer. KSR
Kuebler AG is the European market leader for mechanical level measuring
systems.

Apart from the currently difficult capital market environment which would
have complicated an IPO, a major reason for the decision to sell was the
industrial logic of the transaction resulting from the complementary nature
of the two companies’ product ranges.

The parties agreed not to divulge any further details of the agreement.

TFG has been involved in KSR Kuebler since the end of 2005, holding a 33.81
percent share in the capital stock as of 31 December 2007. In the course of
a still ongoing voluntary public offering, TFG has furthermore made an
offer to the remaining shareholders to take over up to 290,000 additional
KSR shares.

With the transaction TFG Capital AG realises a positive return on the
capital invested. Depending on the outcome of the voluntary public offering
the revenue from the sale will be at least 0.16 EUR per share.
