informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn b. München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007472060, WKN: 747206, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on April 11, 2008  and now amount to 3.06% (this corresponds to 2,490,133
Voting Rights).
