Supplemented comment on City Service Group annual information and consolidated audited results for the year 2007

The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for 2007 was LTL 209.2
million (EUR 60.6 million), profit for 2007 amounted to LTL 11.1 million (EUR
3.2 million). 

Žilvinas Lapinskas, General Director of City Service AB, has made the following
comment: “Audited results include not recurring heat supply contract in Kirovsk
(Leningrad Oblast) acquisition cost amounting to LTL 703 thousand (EUR 203.7
thousand) and discount of LTL 1.131 million (EUR 327.8 thousand) of current
receivables for heat meter installation in Saint Petersburg which shall be
reversed in 2008. Before the effect of mentioned significant items normalized
net profit result was LTL 12.885 million (EUR 3.73 million)“.
