Release of a voting rights announcement pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, has informed us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of voting stocks in WashTec AG,
Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN: 750750, fell below the 3%
threshold on April 14, 2008 and amounted to 2.96% (450,000 voting rights)
on this day.

2.96% of the voting rights (450,000 voting rights) are attributable to
