Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 18, 2008 , Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Kontron AG, Eching, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006053952,
WKN: 605395, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April
09, 2008  and now amount to 2.95% (this corresponds to 1527274 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.95% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1527274 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
