net AG gains strong partner in Fairclick

Koblenz, 22 April 2008  net AG (Prime Standard: ISIN DE0007867400),
leading specialist for IT-Solutions and Publishing, today sold its online
platform Fairclick to the Gesellschaft für innovative
Unternehmensentwicklung (GFIU) with effect from 31.03.2008. The aim is to
enable Fairclick to become successful on the market for online software
marketing more quickly.

The GFIB will be taking over 100% of the shares in Fairclick GmbH and will
be contributing both human resources and its expertise for the development
of online market places. The company will relocate its activities to a new
location in the vicinity of the RWTH Aachen, in order to be able to benefit
better from the technical expertise of the university and the excellent
recruitment opportunities for specialists.

Fairclick will continue to sell the software products of net AG and
contribute to the ongoing success of net AGs online business. The board of
management of net AG anticipates that the transaction will make a positive
contribution to results for the current business year to the tune of
approximately  350k, since start-up losses will be borne by the buyer.

net AG will continue to work closely with Fairclick in order to further
develop the platform. To enable net AG to benefit from the future potential
of the online platform, it has agreed a right of repurchase for Fairclick
GmbH.
