Government Communications Unit Press Release 119/2008 22 April 2008 The State of Finland sold its holdings in Elisa The State of Finland has sold 1 085 642 Elisa Plc shares worth €18.1 million at a price of € 16.70 per share. As a result of the sale, the holdings of the State of Finland decreased from 0.65 % to nil of Elisa´s share capital. As a result of the sale the State has holdings in eleven listed companies. The value of the portfolio is € 25.2 billion.
