UPM-Kymmene Corporation Changes in share capital April 22, 2008 at 09:30 UPM-Kymmene Corporation's Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2008 decided on the increasing of the company's share capital with 26,832 euros by transferring the equivalent amount from the share premium reserve to the share capital. The increase of the share capital has been registered in the Finnish Trade Register on April 22, 2008. No new shares were issued in connection with the increase of funds. After the increase, UPM's share capital is 889,572,283 euros.
