Mohave State Bank Announces New Board Member


LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz., April 24, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Directors of State Bank Corp., traded as SBAZ on the OTCBB, and parent company to Mohave State Bank, are pleased to announce that Charles E. Casson has joined the Mohave State Bank Board of Directors.

Charles "Chuck" is owner and broker of Century 21 Highland Realty Company in Kingman, Arizona. He has over twenty years of business experience in brokering and property management, and currently manages all aspects of his company. Born and raised in Kingman, Chuck is actively involved in the community as a high school basketball referee and has served as Volunteer Captain with the Kingman Fire Department. He is a member of the Wardex Board of Directors and has in past served as Treasurer, Vice President and President for the Kingman/Golden Valley Association of Realtors. Chuck and his wife Debbie reside with their two children in Kingman.
