Luxembourg, 24 April 2008 – The shareholders of SAF-HOLLAND S.A., one of
the world’s leading producers and suppliers of high-quality systems and
components for the truck and trailer industries, have approved the proposed
dividend of 42.47 Euro cent per share at the company’s Annual General
Meeting in Luxembourg today. The agreed dividend will result in a total
payment of EUR 8 million to shareholders.

'We are pleased to reward our shareholders, as we had promised,' said Rudi
Ludwig, CEO of the SAF-HOLLAND Group. 'Paying a dividend of this size in
our first year as a listed company shows that we are confident in our
growth prospects. Despite the challenging global economic environment,
demand for our high-quality products is strong and growing. Trade flows are
increasing, and we are among the biggest beneficiaries.'

SAF-HOLLAND expects further strong growth in the current financial year,
with consistently high demand across Western Europe, and additional growth
impulses from the important markets of Eastern Europe, Brazil and Asia.
SAF-HOLLAND expects sales of between EUR 900 million and EUR 950 million in
2008, breaking through the EUR 1 billion mark in 2009.

With the expected increase in sales and economies of scale, the company’s
profitability is expected to rise as well. SAF-HOLLAND is targeting an
adjusted EBIT margin of 8% to 8.5% in the 2008 financial year and an EBIT
margin of 10% by 2010.
