Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 25, 2008, Deka International S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG, that its share of the
voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, (ISIN
DE0007500001), have fallen below the 3% threshold on April 23, 2008, and
now amount to 1.96% (which equates to 10,069,831 voting rights). 0.0003% of
these voting rights (which equates to 1,714 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Deka International S.A. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
