The Company announces that at its annual general meeting on 24 April 2008,
the auditors of the company, Deloitte AG, Zurich have been appointed for
the year 2008. The company further announces that Mr. Markus Gildner is no
longer available for re-appointment to the board because he decided to
shift the focus of his professional career. Mr. Gildner suggested to be
succeeded by Mr Paul Schröder. Mr Schröder’s appointment to board was
unanimously approved.
Paul Schröder was born on 16 February 1954 and is a Dutch citizen. He is
married with two children. Over the past 20 years, Mr Paul Schröder has
lead in part the venture investment businesses of,among others, Atlas
Ventures, the telecom company KPM and Residex BV. In 2006 together with his
Partner Cees van Luijk he make a secondery buy out of the venture capital
department of Eureko/Achmea and changed its name to C-C Venture BV for
which he currently successfully manages certain funds.
Cristian Mantzke, board member of the Company commented on Paul Schröder’s
appointment: 'I believe the appointment to the board of Corporate Equity
Partners of an experienced private equity manager like Paul Schröder adds
substantial network and credibility in order to implement the business
model.'
