According to the decision of AS Q Vara's shareholders' meeting that was made on April 25, 2008 Alo Lillepea was withdrawn from AS Q Vara's supervisory board and Tanel Peeters was elected as a new member of the supervisory board. Tanel Peeters (born in 1974) is currently the management board member of OÜ Q Capital and supervisory board member of AS Väätsa Agro and AS Fotoluks. From 2005 until 2006 Tanel Peeters was the management board member of Q Vara. According to the decision Q Vara's supervisory board that was also made on April 25, 2008 Ivo Lillepea was elected as the chairman of the supervisory board and Alo Lillepea was elected as a new member of Q Vara's management board.
