United Kingdom, informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG
that on April 17, 2008, its Voting Rights with respect to Siemens
Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN:
723610, exceeded the 3% Voting Rights threshold through shares and that it
holds on that date an amount equal to 3.09% (this corresponds to 28264539
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.09% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 28264539 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
