Tiimari has signed a letter of intent to acquire franchise business activities  
of Tiimari concept in Sweden                                                    


Tiimari has signed a letter of intent to acquire franchise business activities  
of Tiimari concept in Sweden from Roponen Detaljisthandel AB. The signed letter 
of intent includes all eight Tiimari-concept shops in Sweden. Turnover of these 
shops was c. EUR 3.0 million in year 2007. The purchase price will be netted    
against account receivables from Roponen Detaljisthandel AB. The transaction is 
expected to have no significant effect on 2008 result.
