Exiqon A/S' share capital and total number of voting rights Pursuant to Section 6 of executive order no. 1172 of 9 October 2007 about issuers' disclosure obligations, it is hereby announced that Exiqon A/S' entire share capital on 30 April 2008 is DKK 30,139,473, nominal value, divided into shares of DKK 1.00, nominal value, each.
