Stock Exchange Announcement no. 11 By a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors on 30 April 2008 Greentech Energy Systems A/S has resolved to issue 2,074,000 new shares. The shares will be issued as payment for Greentech's acquisition of the full rights to the 24 MV wind turbines project Clagliari II situated in the municipality of Uta and Assimini in Sardinia.
