The exits together generate a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda. EQT IV - private equity fund sells remaining shares in Tognum to Daimler AG. Tognum manufactures diesel engines for fast speed ferries, large yachts and armoured vehicles. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the second quarter 2008. Gresham III - private equity fund has sold a company called Speciality Retail Holdings Limited. The company is active in the menswear retailing. Gresham III also exited another company PIMS Group Ltd through the sale of the business to Inflexion. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda have been accounted for in the first quarter 2008. Permira III - private equity fund has sold its stake in Debitel AG to Freenet AG. Debinet AG is a German telecommunications retailer. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the second quarter of 2008. Industri Kapital has sold CPS Color to Nordic Capital. CPS Color is the world's leading supplier of tinting systems and technology. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the second or third quarter 2008.
