Following the change in fiscal year in 2007, MME MOVIEMENT AG generated a
consolidated turnover of EUR 37.3 million (1.1. – 30.6.2007: EUR 44.2
million) in the period from 1 September 2007 to 29 February 2008. Earnings
before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at to
EUR 1.86 million (1.1. – 30.06.2007: EUR 2.25 million). The EBITDA margin
is therefore 5.0% (1.1. - 30.6.2007: 5.7%). EBIT totalled EUR 1.56 million
(1.1. - 30.6.2007: EUR 2.04 million), which corresponds to an EBIT margin
of 4.2% (1.1. – 30.6.2007: 4.6%). The financial result of EUR - 1.39
million (1.1. – 30.6.2007: EUR - 0.23 million) is largely determined by the
profit transfer of EUR 1.09 million to ALL3MEDIA Deutschland GmbH. The net
profit for the year came to EUR 0.08 million (1.1. – 30.6.2007: EUR 1.22
million).

The operating key figures of the first six months of the year 2007/08
reflect the difficult competitive environment with its limited
opportunities for growth among German TV broadcasters as well as the
ongoing changes in MME MOVIEMENT’s programme portfolio which experienced a
reduction in the volume of series produced compared to previous year.

With the greatest possible caution in relation to the basic conditions on
the German TV production market and taking into consideration the
information currently available, MME MOVIEMENT expects that the Group
will generate turnover of up to EUR 85 million with an EBITDA margin of
approx. 5% in the 2007/08 fiscal year.
