Collective bargaining completed at Hartmann's production plant in Canada

As announced in the Annual Report 2007, Hartmann's wage agreement
with the trade union at the production plant in Canada has been
renegotiated over the past couple of months. The agreement was signed
in 2005 for a term of 3 years.

The outcome of the collective bargaining is important to the
continued improvement in the performance of Hartmann's operations in
North America, and for that reason a satisfactory conclusion to the
bargaining process is among the assumptions upon which the Group's
outlook for 2008 is based.

A new three-year agreement has now been signed, and Hartmann
considers the negotiated outcome to be satisfactory.

The new agreement does not affect the Group's earnings forecast for
2008 announced in the Annual Report 2007.
