The Agreements on the establishment of the National Investor LEO LT were signed

On 29 April 2008, at the Ministry of Economy of Lithuania the Agreement on the
establishment of the National Investor company was  signed between the
Government of the Republic of Lithuania and NDX  Energija UAB along with the
Incorporation Agreements of the public  limited liability company LEO LT.
