Increase of the total number of registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ)

Through the conversion of Peab convertible promissory notes 2005/2008 and the
registration of new B-shares on 28 April 2008, the total number of registered
shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) has increased as follows:

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) before conversion
and registering:

174 452 706 shares, representing 350 955 342 votes, from which
  19 611 404 A-shares, representing 196 114 040 votes and
 154 841 302 B-shares, representing 154 841 302 votes.

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) after conversion
and registering:

174 601 113 shares, representing 351 103 749 votes, from which
  19 611 404 A-shares, representing 196 114 040 votes and
154 989 709 B-shares, representing 154 989 709 votes.
