TECHNOPOLIS TO DEVELOP THE FIRST STAGE OF HERMIA 15 PROPERTY IN TAMPERE

Technopolis Plc will expand its operations in Tampere, Finland, by developing
the first stage of Hermia 15 property. The project is estimated to cost EUR
14.5 million and the gross area to be built will total 12,150 square meters,
including an indoor parking facility for 300 vehicles. 70 % of the facilities
have so far been leased through binding preliminary agreements. The first stage
is scheduled for completion in August 2009.
