313music JWP AG: release of the consolidated annual financial statements
for 2007 postponed
Annual financial statements of the subsidiary in Puerto Rico not yet
finalized
New membership for the VI Music Holding Inc. Board 

Munich, April 30, 2008 -  313music JWP AG has been forced to put back
release of the consolidated annual financial statements for 2007 as it has
not yet proved possible to finalize the annual financial statements of its
subsidiary in Puerto Rico. Officers acting on behalf of the AG are
currently in discussions with the CEO of VI Music Holding Inc. to clarify
still open issues and explain the surprising delay. The latter is not
expected to have any material impact on the Groups key financial figures
for financial 2007 and specifically not on its income statement. Moreover,
the coordination of the accounting was delayed by a change in the
composition of the Supervisory Board necessitated by illness.

From todays viewpoint, the auditors opinion will be issued over the next
few days and the consolidated annual financial statements will thereupon
immediately be released. The annual financial statements of the parent
company, 313music JWP AG, which are prepared in line with HGB (the German
Commercial Code) will be published on time today.

In order to put the processes at VI Music Holding Inc. on a more reliable
footing for the future, the Company plans to add a new member to the Board
of its Puerto Rican subsidiary once the work on the annual financial
statements has been completed.
