notified us that it has fallen below the 3% threshold of the share of
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG (ISIN DE0005810055) , Neue Börsenstraße
1, 60487 Frankfurt/Main on April 24, 2008. Its own share amounts to 2.41%
(this corresponds to 4,707,418 voting rights).

Thereof are 0.14% (275,149 voting rights) to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG, 2.27% (4,432,269 voting
rights) were held directly on the day of exceeding the threshold.
