Release of a Voting Rights announcement

FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following:
On 30 April 2008 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG. On that date, FIL Limited held 2,58 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,333,629 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Fidelity Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, England has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 30 April 2008 Fidelity Investment Management Limited fell below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity
Investment Management Limited held 2,58 % of the voting rights in Kontron
AG arising from 1,333,629 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 30 April 2008 Fidelity Investments International fell below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity
Investments International held 2,47 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG
arising from 1,281,219 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Investments
International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
FMR LLC, Boston, USA has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the
following:
On 30 April 2008 FMR LLC crossed above the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG. On that date, FMR LLC held 3,003 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,555,224 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
