Feldkirchen, 6 May 2008

- With revenues of 5,274,000 the first quarter of 2008 were up by 2.7%
compared to the corresponding prior-year figure of 5,138,000.

- The Groups booked business amounted to 1.4 million as of 31 March 2008
(previous year: 1.2 million).

- EBITDA decreased from 670,000 in the first quarter of 2007 to 566,000
the first quarter of 2008.

- Consolidated net income after interest and taxes decreased year-on-year
by 61,000 from 382,000 in the first quarter of 2007 to 321,000 in the
first quarter of 2008.

- Earnings per share decreased from 0.07 in the first quarter of 2007 to
0.06 in 2008.

- Net cash from operating activities were up by 449,000 to 394,000 in the
first three months of 2008 compared to minus 55,000 in the first three
months of 2007.

- The number of employees in full time equivalents on the reporting date 31
March 2008 was 141 (previous year: 128 employees).

Until now the start of the second quarter 2008 meets our expectations. It
is assumed that the positive trend will continue.

During the 5th Munich Capital Market Conference on May 7, 2008 we will
report on the outcome of our strategy process. The presentation at the
