ACQUISITION OF TIETOENATOR CORPORATION; CIDRON SERVICES OY EXTENDS THE OFFER
PERIOD UNTIL MAY 16, 2008 
 
The European Commission has on May 6, 2008 unconditionally accepted the
proposed acquisition of Tietoenator Corporation by Cidron Services Oy. 
Cidron Services Oy hereby extends the offer period of its tender offer for the
shares and stock options in Tietoenator Corporation to expire on May 16, 2008.
