On 30 April 2008, the holding of voting rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg,
Germany, of Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l., Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, fell below the thresholds of 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%. As of
that date, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. held 0.00% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 0 voting rights). Accordingly, each of
the following entities associated with Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg)
S.a.r.l. also fell below the thresholds of 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of
voting rights in HCI Capital AG on 30 April 2008 and, thus, indirectly held
0.00% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 0 voting rights), which are
attributed to them according to Section 22 (1) No. 1 WpHG:
