Munich, Germany, 8 May 2008 – In the first quarter 2008 the TOMORROW FOCUS
Group once again remained firmly on course for growth.

Group revenue rose substantially by 14.4 percent quarter on quarter from
EUR 14.8 million to EUR 16.9 million.

The main reason for the increase in revenue was the continuing high company
growth of Elitemedianet GmbH and HolidayCheck AG. Portal activities were
below target and the previous year’s figures, hit by poor advertising
sales.

Group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Group
EBITDA) rose to EUR 1.9 million for the first quarter 2008 from EUR 1.7
million for the equivalent period in 2007.
Group earnings before interest and taxes (Group EBIT) of EUR 1.0 million
were at the same level as for the first quarter 2007.
Group earnings before tax (Group EBT) for the first quarter 2008 amounted
to EUR 0.5 million compared with EUR 1.2 million in the first three months
of the previous year.
Consolidated net income for the period before minority interest was EUR 0.4
million for the first quarter after EUR 0.8 million for the first quarter
2007.
Consolidated net income for the period after minority interest in contrast
rose from EUR 0.3 million in the first quarter 2007 to EUR 0.4 million in
the first three months of 2008.
Earnings per share for the quarter were EUR 0.01 in the first three months
of 2008, and thus equivalent to the same quarter of the previous year.

It must be taken into account that the key figures reported for the first
quarter 2007 include compensation payments from MSN to the TOMORROW FOCUS
Group of EUR 0.3 million.

In the first quarter 2008 TOMORROW FOCUS AG invested strongly in the
further development and expansion of its business sectors and brands. A
state-of-the-art video player was developed by TOMORROW FOCUS Technologies,
and marketing is set to start already in the second quarter of the year. In
addition substantial investment has taken place in the further
internationalisation of the travel booking platform of HolidayCheck, as the
history of hits for the international domain of HolidayCheck has been very
positive.

HolidayCheck is also to offer new products this financial year which will
further expand the company’s product range. An experienced specialist team
is currently working on the launch of an extensive rental car comparison
portal, planned to start in the third quarter 2008. In the near future,
this will enable customers of HolidayCheck to reserve a rental car from the
most favourable provider within the scope of their travel bookings.

The Management Board thus anticipates continued growth in the
E-Commerce segment in the course of the year. In the Technologies segment
ongoing stable business transactions above the previous year’s level are
expected.

The Portal segment will face strong competition for advertising budgets in
future as well. The focus here is on a further improvement in earnings
margins. In February 2008 a programme to safeguard earnings was approved
for this purpose. Since March 2008 external management consultants have
been examining the segment to identify potentials for increased earnings
and cost savings. Initial specific measures are already being introduced.
Looking at the year as a whole, Portal activities are expected to be
difficult but above the previous year’s level.

All in all, company growth is anticipated to continue in the current
financial year.
