PROHA PLC STOCK OPTION PLAN 2007 In its meeting of May 7, 2008, Proha Board of Directors decided to re-issue 90,000 option-rights that were returned to the company and that belong to the Stock Option Plan 2007, approved by the Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2007. The option rights were issued to a person belonging to key personnel of Group companies. The Board approved the subscription of the stock options in the meeting. The option rights now subscribed entitle to subscription of total of 90,000 shares. The share subscription price will be EUR 0.37 for shares subscribed under the Stock Option Plan. The Annual General Meeting of Proha on April 18, 2007, decided to issue a total maximum of 2,110,000 stock options. The terms and conditions of the option issue were published in the Stock Exchange Bulletin on March 28, 2007. In the issue, a total of 1,977,000 Proha Plc stock options was subscribed. The remaining 1,977,000 stock options of Plan 2007 entitle to the subscription of 1,977,000 shares.
