The program is aimed at improving operations and to reduce costs. Possible terminations, lay-offs and task rearrangements that may be decided on as a result of the negotiations will affect approximately 60 persons in all employee groups. The aim is to have the rearrangements done by the end of 2008. Any action regarding personnel will not affect the services for Stromsdal's customers.
