Take a Trip Back to Simplicity With Pop Goes the Poetry -- New Book Pays Tribute to Simplicity and Peaceful Expressions of the Past

ALEXANDER, Ark., May 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Life truly was simple ages ago. Back then, simplicity was very common in everyone's minds and expressions. In his new book Pop Goes The Poetry, author Ralph Watley takes his readers back to the past with a series of poems that will entertain and refresh everyone's minds.

The text is a whimsical tour through the range of human emotions that begins and ends in a circle of human experiences. Some poems in this collection are presented in such a simple manner, they can make readers think three times as much as when they first read them. Literally, this collection is a trip and a call to a simpler time when each word was measured and treasured, and free from the trash that emits from the garbage of foul mouths or minds. Most poems emphasize love and are religiously toned; sometimes both in the same poem.

Touching and richly-layered, Pop Goes The Poetry is written to evoke a more sane and civilized era when simplicity existed. It is a trip back to the past that old timers and poetry fans will find enjoyable and even nostalgic. To order a copy, be sure to visit your local bookstore or log on at Xlibris.com today!
