On May 13, 2008 , Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on M.A.X. Automation AG, Düsseldorf,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006580905, WKN: 658090, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on May 09, 2008  and now amount to 2.96% (this
corresponds to 791933 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 791933 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
