Credit Suisse International rectifies Final Terms for '€ Pankki 2012' Notes     

Credit Suisse International rectifies on 13 May 2008 the Final Terms of the ‘€  
Pankki 2012' Notes (series 2008-415, ISIN FI0003027813). The Notes are listed on
the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki under trading code CSBZ0000B2.                 

Section 16 of the Final Terms is rectified by replacing the term “Averaging     
Date” with “Observation Date”. The Observation Dates are the 13th calendar day  
of each May and November, from and including 13 November 2008 (the initial      
Observation Date) to and including 13 May 2012. The term Averaging Date is not  
applicable to the ‘€ Pankki 2012' Notes.
