Credit Suisse International increases participation for ‘Kehittyvät             
Infrastruktuuri' Notes                                                          

Credit Suisse International amends on 13 May 2008 the Final Terms of the        
‘Kehittyvät Infrastruktuuri' Notes (series 2008-337, ISIN FI0003027698). The    
Notes are listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki under trading code         
CSBZ000012.                                                                     

Section 16 (ix) of the Final Terms is amended by increasing Participation from  
150% to 160%.
