13 May 2008  The Supervisory Board of OnVista AG (DE0005461602) today
decided to appoint Klaus-Jürgen Baum (46) to the Executive Board of OnVista
as of June 1, 2008. Alongside Michael W. Schwetje (40)  up to now sole
Executive Director of the company, Mr. Baum, as CEO, is to particularly
press ahead with the companys focus on the operation and marketing of the
OnVista finance portal as well as the financial community Tradingbird.

Klaus-Jürgen Baum has extensive experience in retail banking and asset
management, among others, from heading up operations at Fidelity
International in Germany and Austria for more than five years. He is a
co-founder of WhoFinance GmbH, the first open search and valuation engine
for financial advisors.

Michael W. Schwetje already notified the Supervisory Board in February this
year that he is not available for an extension of his contract. The
contract runs until 30 September 2008. Mr. Schwetje founded the company in
1998, together with Stephan Schubert and Fritz Oidtmann. After initially
holding the position of Finance Director, he also took on the newly created
Media department in 2002 and assumed responsibility for the companys
internet activities. Since 2006, he has been responsible for all corporate
divisions as sole Executive Director. In September 2007, Mr. Schwetje sold
his investment of well over 25% in OnVista AG to the French online bank
Boursorama SA. Today, Boursorama holds more than 82% of the capital stock.
